Alright, here is the proficiency system. Each proficiency a character possesses automatically has a single point in it to begin with, and each player is given a number of points equal to their total number of proficiencies to distribute as desired. Maximum value for a given proficiency at character generation is 3.
At second and third stages, you gain 1 point to spend freely wherever desired. This point may push a 3 into a 4, but it can not push a 4 into a 5.
- They suck at this subject, most characters with a 1 in a given ability will try to avoid using it much in combat.
- The character in question is average at the ability, relative to his stats.
- The character in question is an expert at this ability.
- The character is a total master in this ability.
